Delivery times depends on many factors. Its not about adding to cart, going through a checkout procedure and expecting your goods to arrive within the specified time. Although we would like that to be the case, its not always so. Sometimes there are hiccups with the customers bank that takes longer than usual to process a payment, we would need to wait on our suppliers when shipping directly from them, couriers could be running late or the problem could be completely on our end. So as much as we aim to fulfill our promises there will be times when unforeseen issues will arise and we cannot get to you on time. When that happens please do accept our apologies. We want you to be completely happy with your Ripfox order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unused, or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.

Best Quality
We try and stock only the best quality products and all manufacturers claim their products are superior in some way or the other. But as you know superior quality comes with a major drawback “PRICE" and although we all want to own the best quality products, they are not always within our reach. And together with the inflation rate as well as currency exchange variations, things just seems to be going from bad to worse, but hopefully they will stabilize soon. For this reason we do stock some of the cheaper brands, not that they are inferior quality by any means, just a bit more affordable in our current market.
