What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Ripfox delivers throughout SA. We use a reputable courier company and delivery should take place within 2-3 working days, depending on stock availability. Pick-up: This can be arranged only in special circumstances and with prior arrangement by management ( ie once a purchase is made via the website, items less than the specified “free shipping” range, may be picked up at business address (only products purchased between R1000-R1999 will be considered) No stock is kept on premises, we deliver directly from our warehouse or suppliers when not in stock with Ripfox) Selecting the collection option is free and you will not be charged a delivery fee. Once we have received your order and confirmed stock availability, you will be contacted with a date and time that you can collect.
How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?
Delivery should take place within 2-3 working days, depending on stock availability. Also please note when paying via credit card: Certain banks payments takes up to 7 business days to clear. So for a speedy delivery please ensure that "pay clear" or "pay now" or whatever immediate payment option your bank offers is checked.
