  • 100% of the item's purchase price.
  • NOTE only wrong items shipped by Ripfox is eligible for free return shipping

Partial refunds

You may receive a partial refund to the original form of payment* for the items listed below.

  • Non-defective items that are returned opened and within the item's return policy period
  • Non-defective special orders or custom-built items within the return policy period
YOU RECEIVE
  • 85% of the item's purchase price

You may receive a partial refund to the original form of payment* for the items listed below. Returns for these reasons will require Customer Service assistance.

  • Non-defective items that are returned unopened and beyond the return policy period
  • Returns received in any of the following conditions may be rejected or may receive a partial refund.
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, missing accessories, retail box, UPC code or showing obvious misuse not due to Ripfox error
  • Physical user damage
  • Opened, non-defective notebook and desktop PCs, tablets and TVs in original condition and within the return policy window
  • Opened physical software, DVDs, games with plastic wrap removed and ALL downloadable software not due to Ripfox error
YOU RECEIVE
  • 75% of the item's purchase price
  • Up to 50% of the item's purchase price
  • Rejected items will be returned to the customer
  • 75% of the item's purchase price
  • 0% of the item's purchase price (non-refundable)

Returns and Replacements

We want you to be completely happy with your Ripfox order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unused, or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.


Returning Gifts

When returning a gift, a Ripfox Gift Card will be issued to the gift recipient for the amount of the returned merchandise. The card can be used for purchases from our store.
