Delivery Policy

Shipping and Delivery is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates. 

Deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (PST). Orders you place with Ripfox late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday. Charges may be added to orders with Priority or Overnight shipping if we try unsuccessfully to deliver your order more than once.

Our shipping guide serves exactly that "A Guide" as we do use different shipping companies. The cost of Shipping and Delivery therefore might change, but we always strive to use the cheapest, yet reliable "Courier/Shipping Company" so that you can receive your purchase in the fastest possible time. 

All products above R2000 retains free shipping (within specified areas and excludes overnight or priority shipping). All other products (-R2000) will be shipped in the normal manner specified by the shipping/courier company used at the time of purchase.

Please note:

  • We are an online store and there will be no “over the counter sales” available. 
  • Larger orders/purchases/products (such as Televisions, Home Theatre Systems, Large Custom Built Computers, Gaming Chairs etc) Will be shipped according to weight or dimensions. This is unfortunately at the discretion of the Shipping/Courier company and costs may/may not apply

Pick-up:

  • This can be arranged only in special circumstances and with prior arrangement by management ( ie once a purchase is made via the website, items less than the specified “free shipping” range, may be picked up at business address (only products purchased between R1000-R1999 will be considered) No stock is kept on premises, we deliver directly from our warehouse or suppliers when not in stock with Ripfox.

* Also please be aware that sometimes there might be hiccups along the way, whether it be on our end or on the side of the Shipping Company. If and When such untimely delays occur, please know that we do apologise and are doing our utmost to rectify the issue so that you can receive your purchase timeously.
